This website is designed to give you information about my work and my professional background as well as contact details . Seibel WorldWide Living does not provide newsletters or other services which might require a registration of your personal data like name or mailaddress. It is thus essentially possible to use the website without providing any personal data.

Web-based data transmission may, however, possibly contain security gaps, so absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.
Each time my website is accessed, the system automatically collects data and information from the computer system's wordpress of the accessing computer like the browser type and the version being used, the user's operating system and internet service provider, the user's IP address or date and time of access.

The data is stored in the system's log files. It does not include the user's IP addresses or other data that enable's it to be attributed to a user. These data is not stored together with other personal data of the user. The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary in order to enable the website to be delivered to the user's computer. For this purpose, the user's IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session. This data is erased once the relevant session has ended.

If you contact me per email, your personal data transmitted with the email is stored. This data is not disclosed to third parties and will be used solely for processing the conversation.

This use of personal data is in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR. It also ensures, that any person affected by the processing of personal data is entitled to receive the information on the personal data stored on his or her person from the party responsible for the processing, free of charge.
